CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY
At Purely Natural Medical Spa, we pride ourselves in giving our clients an exceptional experience and being flexible and understanding whenever possible. We value our clients and our relationships with them. However, when clients cancel or reschedule their appointment it prevents our spa from booking another client at that time and represents a lost opportunity for our spa and importantly, for other clients. Therefore effective January 1, 2024 all appts will be subjected to our cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of our practice and to be fair to our other clients. Cancellation or rescheduling requests may be submitted by phone, email, online booking system or in person but must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid $100 fee for any of our staff members and a $200 cancellation fee for Dr Charlot. The cancellation fee will be added to your account or charged directly to the card on file on the day of your appointment.
